Free restake option

We provide a free restake option within the first 24 hours in two cases:

1) after doing the unstake; 2) after the staking period is over.

We do not have an option for batch restake yet. It can only be done individually by clicking Stop Staking and then Restake, and chosing a new staking period (for free for the first 24 hours after the end of staking period).

Explanation:

1) If you unstake your Kongs and then stake them again for a new staking period within the first 24 hours, you get a free restake option and are not charged.

2) When the staking period of your Kong NFT comes to an end, the system sends out a notification:

If you click Learn More button, you'll see an explanation:

Your NFT has reached the end of the staking period. Now it’s in unlimited staking. You have 24 hours to restake your token for free for another period.

Please note, the 24 hour window counts from when the system sends out the notification about the end of staking period, not when you've read the notification.

After the staking period has finished, your NFT is automatically transferred into the indefinite staking. Now you have 24 hours to change the staking period for free by clicking Restake button and choosing another staking period. You can find this option in the Stop Stake menu.

To access individual Restake option, click Stop Stake button and choose the Restake action

After the first 24 hours from when the system sends out the end of staking notification, you are required to pay the staking and gas fees again to restake your Kong for another period.
