# Penalties

1. **Listing detected for NFT**

Notification: Your NFT has been listed on the secondary market.

You have 24 hours to remove the token from listing, otherwise you'll be fined with 10% off your total $OMEGA.

2. **Coins deducted for not unlisting NFT**

Notification: You haven't unlisted your NFT on the secondary market.

You have lost 10% of total accumulated coins, and the token is removed from staking.

3. **Coins deducted for not owning NFT** (if it has been moved to another wallet while being in staking or sold and not found on the wallet)

Notification: The NFT owner has changed, and the wallet containing it has not been linked to the profile.

10% of total accumulated coins have been deducted and NFT is removed from staking.

<mark style="color:green;">To avoid this penalty, first remove Kong from staking, then list it on secondary market or move to another wallet.</mark>
